Automated Order Processing. This tool was designed specifically to digitize, automate and streamline the order management process from Order Submission to Billing & A/R. This solution was created with the Salesperson in mind, and makes it possible to submit orders from anywhere they are online. Orders are processed, progress tracked and billed by the Ace Support Team, with auto-generated status updates being delivered to the Salesperson through the entire process.
Project Collaboration. The Project Collaboration Tool makes it possible for the Salesperson to create new projects, and assign “collaborators” from the Ace Team. Project collaborators can add notes and documents to assigned projects, making it easy to coordinate tasks, new ideas and new documents, artwork, etc.
Artwork Management. This module was designed with the high demands placed on the Art Department by the promotional products industry. The searchable Art files are stored and organized by Salesperson, Client and PO Number. This makes it easier than ever to coordinate artwork projects between Salespeople and the Art Department.
Document Management. This module is specifically designed with management in mind, as it creates a central repository of mission-critical corporate documents, employee information and contracts.
