Client: Hyatt Regency Wind Watch

Situation: Hyatt Regency Wind Watch was looking for an inexpensive trade show give away that illustrated their hotel property. Hyatt exhibits at a number of trade shows throughout the year. Hyatt collects contact information from individuals who stop by their booth. At the conclusion of the show Hyatt picks a winner from their contact information and they giveaway a gift.

Solution: Ace suggested to giveaway a micro-fiber lens cleaner cloth which illustrates a 4 color process of Hyatt Regency Wind Watch to anyone who stops by their booth and provides contact information. At the conclusion of the show Hyatt selected a winner from the collection of business cards and gave away a pair of Maui Jim Sunglasses.


Client: Allstate

AllstateSituation: Allstate was honoring their top agents with an all expense paid trip to Atlantis Bahamas Resort. Allstate was looking for a functional check in gift they could give to the agents. Allstate also needed to inset the trip itinerary and important event information.

Solution: Upon check in, each agent was given a Cooler Tote they could use on their trips to the beach, sailing or sight seeing. Inside the Cooler Tote Ace inserted Allstate trip itinerary, a embroidered beach towel, sunscreen, lip balm and a camera customized with the Atlantis Resort image and Allstate logo. All fulfillment was handled by Ace Marketing and we shipped the totes directly the to the Atlantis Resort. Allstate just had to open the shipping cartons and hand each agent a Cooler Tote upon check in.


Client: The New York Islanders

Situation: The New York Islanders needed new uniforms designed and manufactured for ushers to wear at Nassau Coliseum for all homes games.

Solution: Ace Marketing designed pants, dress shirts, imprinted suspenders, bow-tie’s and an embroidered sweater vest as the official uniform for the ushers.  These items gave the ushers a modern and professional look and also made them stand out to the fans who require their services.


Client: Vehicle Manufacturer Services

Situation: Vehicle Manufacturer Services (VMS) was looking to create a sales incentive debit card program to replace an existing cash payout program they were currently running for a group of their products. VMS is in the automotive industry targeting distributors and dealerships with products and services sold in conjunction with vehicle sales.

Solution: Ace created a sales incentive offering for participants that included a mailing featuring a personalized debit card in a card carrier with instructions to activate the card. A pre-set dollar amount was loaded onto the debit card once a qualified sale has been made. Participants were also allowed to view their balance and sales history through a web based account, complete with secured login ID. VMS increased revenue through new sales from existing clients and built a new client base with this debit card incentive.


Client: Comcast Spotlight

Situation: Comcast was looking to promote their Video On Demand (VOD) product with their tri-state clients. The ad agency working with Comcast developed an idea of “The Magic of Video On Demand”. Comcast was looking for magical type of product to be inserted into the custom box for mailing.

Solution: Ace developed a creative concept and custom product to meet Comcast’s need with the idea of a water globe. This water globe had the VOD logo printed on a piece of clear acetate that looked like the logo was suspended in the globe. Heavy red holographic dust was added to the water. When the globe was shaken, the heavy red dust filled the globe entirely. When the dust settled, the VOD logo magically appeared. The direct mail piece was a huge success for Comcast and their VOD product. Other regional Comcast offices ordered additional water globes for their sales people to present during sales calls.
